Quality Management Staff
The interview process was highly unprofessional and the interviewers came across as arrogant. Observing the dissatisfied faces of the current employees gives you an idea of what goes on there. A look at the 'bulletin board' also immediately indicates whether a company has structure and order. It looked very cluttered and confusing, like every small notice was just tacked up.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
Laborer
i was picked up at reception, then had a talk with the deputy head of the company, questions and answers and so on, a tour of the workplace, it was actually quite easy, of course it was exciting as every job interview, i was still quite young, i can't complain.
- What was your prior compensation?
Marketing
Had a phone call that was around 20 mins with my direct manager. Then I went in person for an interview with the direct manager, and they brought HR for about 10 minutes of it.
- Tell me what you know about the company.
