First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dura Software.
Operations Analyst
The interview process was really straightforward and pretty quick. They didn't delay anything just to take more time. The interview questions were very frank and genuine. It seemed like they cared more about who I was as a person than my skills as an analyst.
- In five years, what is your ideal position, and what steps do you need to take as a business professional to reach it?
Analyst
The interview process was pretty fast. There were 3 rounds. First, I talked to the hiring coordinator from HR. Then, I met with the manager. Finally, I had a chat with someone who would be reporting to me. They gave me a verbal offer the day after the last interview, and the written offer came the next day.
- Can you describe how you handle high-pressure situations?
- How do you deal with shifting deadlines?
Chief Executive Officer
They were very timely in their responses and getting back to candidates. HR moved very quickly as well and worked hard coordinating schedules. But, they didn't provide any feedback on interviews or reasons why they went in another direction.
- How does your experience relate to this role?
