I recently had an on-site interview that was well-structured and engaging. The interview started with a detailed introduction to the company and the role, providing valuable insights into what to expect. The technical questions were challenging yet comfortable, allowing me to showcase my skills effectively. Overall, it was a positive and insightful experience.

The interview process at Dura Hyderabad, which recruited from our college campus, included a written test covering aptitude, pseudo-coding, and a stream-specific paper. This was followed by a technical and HR interview where the interviewers were very co-operative and interactive.

The interview process was pretty quick. I applied on Monday and got a call from their Talent Coordinator on Tuesday afternoon. Then, I had a phone screen with their HRBP on Wednesday. This led to a final round interview the following Monday with their NA HR Director, Global HR Director, and HRIS Admin. During the interview, they used questions from Interview Architect by Korn Ferry to assess competencies related to their company culture. They call these questions 'derailers' if a candidate's score doesn't meet or exceed the required competencies. I found it a bit strange that they didn't know their Recruiting KPIs off the top of their heads, and I didn't get to speak with the lead recruiter. My advice is to just study Korn Ferry material, as they stick pretty closely to that, aside from minor comments about your background.

This interview experience was quite disappointing. They seemed unsure about the roles they were hiring for, considering me for different positions, which made it hard to prepare. The interview timings were also rescheduled for their convenience. Despite these issues, I felt I did my best. The follow-up was the worst part; I waited a month and a half for feedback, even after reaching out multiple times via calls and emails. This uncertainty impacted my other job applications. Finally, the HR responded saying there wasn't a suitable opening, which felt like a weak excuse after three interview rounds. Overall, it was a forgettable and unproductive experience.
