Marketing Assistant
The interview process was really professional and the people interviewing me were super nice. They paid attention to what I said and gave me feedback. Honestly, it was the best interview I've ever had.
- Can you tell me about any Duolingo social media marketing campaigns you've seen? Which one stood out the most to you?
Marketing
The interview process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview, and then a take-home assignment. The process concluded with a presentation and interviews with various team members. It was a fast process and everyone was nice. Just wanted to give a heads up, the take-home assignment is way longer than they say and they don't give feedback on it. Other people have said the same thing. I wish I knew that before spending so much time on it. It felt pretty one-sided, especially since the recruiter was super late for the first call. Overall, not a great experience, felt like they didn't care about my time.
- Can you share an instance where you utilized data?
- Describe a situation where you collaborated with others.
Marketing
The process was fine. The recruiting team was great and things moved fast. It was a long and tedious process though. It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview. Then I had a case study that took a lot of work. After that, there was a two-day panel with another presentation and seven more interviews. Everyone was nice, but it was too much to go through and still get a no. They don't give feedback, so I don't know what I did wrong. I wish they were more considerate of my time given my current job and other interviews. It takes up a lot of time whether you get an offer or not.
- Can you share an example of a time when...?
