It started with a call from a super nice recruiter who wanted to chat about my motivations and what I've done. Then there was a phone interview with the hiring managers. After that, we had a face-to-face (well, on Teams) where I had to work from a client brief I prepared and presented. They asked me about my presentation, and then we wrapped up with a few more questions and my questions for them. It was a really good experience overall.
- Have you worked in a role with targets before, or faced issues hitting them?
- How do you prefer to be managed?
- Describe your approach when dealing with clients.

So first there was like a phone call interview, then I did an online iq test which was quite hard, then for the face to face interview, I had to give a presentation that I had a few days to prep for, and then they asked me some usual questions about the industry and the role.
- All questions were related to the D.H. values.

We started with a screening call and then it moved on to an interview that was a case study. We had to build a presentation with the information given and then pitch it back in the interview.
- Tell me about your competencies related to this role.
