First, there was a screening call with HR, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The third stage was an in-person presentation with the hiring manager and two team members. After the final interview, I never heard back from HR despite multiple follow-ups. I took half a day of annual leave for the in-person meeting, and they didn't even send a courtesy automated email. I'm unhappy with how it all went down.

The interview process was as expected: first, I had an initial screening with HR, followed by two one-hour interviews with managers. The big problem is that after all the interviews, after 2 months, they still didn't know if the feedback was positive or negative. I never received final feedback despite contacting them many times.

I submitted my application online and the first step was a phone screen with the internal recruiter to discuss the position and my qualifications. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a second interview that included a 30-minute task and a presentation. Throughout the process, the internal recruiter kept me informed about my application status, even when there were delays, and was very helpful and friendly. All my interactions and the overall process at dunnhumby made me more enthusiastic about the role and confirmed my decision to join the company.
