It was a really simple interview, just one behavioral question over the phone. The recruiter was super nice and the vibe was pretty relaxed. I heard that having a referral might make things a bit smoother. Definitely worth applying if you're on the hunt for a job.

First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. After that, we did onboarding in the boardroom and then I had two weeks of training. They asked me general questions about how I handle different situations.

It was an hour long back and forth chat. I asked them about the benefits and shifts they offer. The recruiter was asking me about my customer service experience and career goals. The questions weren't hard, they just wanted to see if I had quality experience. Still waiting to hear back.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was smooth and timely. The questions asked were pretty standard, and it was obvious the company culture was great. Both interviewers seemed to really like their jobs and had worked their way up, so there's definitely potential for growth. Things got a bit strange when I was offered the position right after leaving. When I asked about the financial logistics and if I could take some time to ensure it would work for my partner and me, they said it was fine. But then, about 15 minutes later, they called back and rescinded the offer, saying not to bother me and they'd just keep interviewing. It's unusual not to give someone time to consider an offer.

  • Do you have previous payroll experience before applying for this job?
