I applied online for a Barista position. The owner emailed me to schedule an interview. When the day came, the owner said he couldn't make it and asked me to reschedule. I did, and then met with his wife for the interview. It went well, and she said they'd let me know in a few days if I got the job. Two weeks later, the owner called to apologize for the delay and offer me the job, asking me to call back if I was still interested. I called him back and left a message saying I was still interested. He never responded, even after I emailed him twice. It was unprofessional, and I don't want to work for a company with poor communication from management.
