Direct Support Professional
It was a pretty typical interview process. I had a brief conversation with them, and it was a positive interaction. I let them know I'd follow up if I was still seeking employment. I'd recommend them based on their interviewing process, but that's the extent of my experience.

Director
I had a web-based interview that used personality-based questions, which was a terrible format and a waste of time. They told me I didn't score high enough to move forward without any explanation. I can retake it in 3 months or apply for a lower position, but the recruiter said I'm overqualified for that. I'm a strong high performer/overachiever, and that clearly wasn't conveyed in the backwards web-based interview.

Program Coordinator
The interview experience was marred by significant scheduling and technology issues on my end. I had trouble with my internet and Zoom, and switching devices didn't help. When I tried calling to explain, it went to voicemail. Despite my attempts to reach out, no one from the company contacted me when the interview time passed, even though I was having trouble with messages and internet access. The company seems like a good place to work, as a previous interview focused on my skills, and they offered me the position based on my skillset. They seem genuinely focused on developing their employees' strengths, but the main challenge was just getting the interview to happen, and I'm still very frustrated by this whole event.

Recruiter
I was supposed to have my 3rd round interview with the Director on Monday afternoon. But on Monday, they called me last minute to say they already extended an offer to someone else on Friday afternoon and would be canceling my interview. They were unprofessional and didn't properly consider me after I'd already interviewed twice. It's unprofessional to schedule someone for the final stage and then cancel last minute because someone else interviewed before you. This wasn't the company for me.
