The hiring and interview process was pretty straightforward. It was a typical and expected interview, and it didn't take too much time. The interviewers were friendly and gave me details about the company and the internship role. Overall, things went smoothly.

I interviewed by phone, then was offered to come in. The staff were very nice, and relaxed, and I interviewed with about 10 people in the department, before they took me to lunch. I then returned, and was told I'd hear back, which I did after about 2 weeks. The office environment was great, and I really enjoyed the experience.

First, I met with the Assistant Manager and then the Senior Manager. We talked about my previous work history and skills. We also discussed my education, my five-year career goals, and their expectations for the role, as well as what qualifications they are looking for. They also mentioned what they are offering and asked how many more interviews I had remaining.
