There was 1 interview with 4 people. They asked me questions about the Electricity grid and wanted to know about my experience with SQL and databases. This was for the Grid Tech operations team. I didn't get the role, and Duke is not easy to get into initially.

It started with an initial screening, then setting up the interview and talking to a 3rd party contractor. After that, I had 2 rounds of interviews with Duke employees. The first round was with the Director and Hiring Manager, and the second round was with a developer. I didn't accept the offer because the compensation didn't match what I was looking for.
