I applied in early December and got an interview invite a couple weeks later for mid January. The interview itself was great. It began with a group chat where we all talked. Then, they split us into 1-on-1 interviews, while others toured the building with those waiting or finished. We also got to chat with current IT Associates and ask about their jobs. The main interview was with 2 managers and felt very relaxed. They asked typical questions about my experience and teamwork skills. I don't recall most questions, but I'll note one I struggled with. There were no technical questions unless I brought them up from my resume. My main advice is to highlight your experience with different rotations and show enthusiasm for learning new areas. They said we'd hear back in 2 weeks. I got a call from HR about a week and a half later offering me the job and detailing benefits. I got info on my specific rotation a week after that. It was a good experience overall. Just go, chat, and enjoy it.

The interview day was from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. It started in a conference room with other candidates, current IT Associates, and IT Managers. Half the candidates went to interviews around 9 AM while the others stayed in the conference room and received a tour. While waiting, there was casual conversation. After about an hour, the second group was interviewed, and the first group stayed in the conference room to chat. Two interviewers asked behavioral questions, nothing technical. After the interviews, everyone, including interviewers, met for a catered lunch. This was an opportunity to talk with people you hadn't met yet. It was formal and fun, a chance to learn about them and the company. I haven't received an offer yet, as it's too early. They typically respond within one to two weeks.

The interview wasn't bad. Mostly behavioral questions, and it involved several managers. The first round was with two managers, and then all the interviewed students chatted with all the managers during lunch in another setting.
