Got a call back a week after I applied. There was already a pool of people. First interview is with the team you will be working with. They poke at you at a Very Technical and give and put you in hard scenarios. So be sure to study up.

Had a panel interview over MS Teams with the manager and team. It was pretty laid back. They started with behavioral questions, the kind you'd expect when talking about unexpected or uncomfortable situations. Then they moved on to technical questions about NERC and transmission protection circuitry, stuff you'd probably only know if you've worked in that specific role or something similar at another power company. Nice people though.

I applied online and got a call a few days later. They invited me for an in-person interview where there were 4 other people interviewing too. The interview itself was with 3 people. It was pretty chill, but I felt like they were more focused on writing down everything I said instead of actually listening. They wanted answers in STAR format, and the questions were pretty standard. They said I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks, but I never did. I had to reach out to HR to find out I didn't get the job so I could move on, and even then, they didn't reply. It left a bad impression; after interviews, at least send a generic rejection email.
