It was a really good and technical interview with the candidates, always presenting situations on how the person would act in each moment. It was a very relaxed interview and they also asked me to stay calm and feel at home.

The hiring process is quite involved. First, you'll need to complete an assessment test on the computer, which involves problems related to the job. About half the candidates pass this initial screening. If you succeed, you then move on to the interview stages. You'll first interview with the Department Manager. If they think you're a good fit, you'll proceed to the final interview round with the team managers, who would be your direct supervisors.

The interview was professional and pretty standard, with typical questions. However, they brought up a few things during the interview that weren't in the job listing. They have unpaid on-call hours and sales expectations that affect performance reviews. Like other people said, sales requirements weren't clearly stated for the role, but the interviewer confirmed it's a "secondary" expectation.
