I applied online and then got an email to do the first interview. It was a panel interview with 3 people. Two weeks later, I got another email to do another interview with a colleague on the same team. The interviewers were pretty friendly and didn't ask too many tough questions. I think I did quite well, but it took a very long time to hear back from them.
