It was a panel interview with 4 members, and each person asked multiple questions. They also asked for my writing samples and about my education. The interviewers were very nice and pleasant, and seemed interested in hearing about the company culture. They want to know how I could contribute to the office experience to create a more successful environment and learning opportunities.

I applied to Dudek online and heard back in about 3-5 days. The interview process is quite involved. First, I met with the recruiter for about 15-20 minutes. Then, I met with around 8 other senior employees from Engineering and Water Resources for 'mini interviews'. The whole thing took about 3 hours and included meeting the office manager. It was pretty low-key, focusing on past experience and comfort levels with tasks. Everyone was friendly and seemed intelligent. The office culture appeared great, with dogs and a relaxed vibe. They kept my resume but are currently on a hiring freeze, which was a bit confusing since they wanted to interview me despite no immediate openings. They said to check back in the future as they are still at a standstill regarding staffing.

The interview process was really good, everyone was respectful and it was clear what was going on. Communication was great from the start, through scheduling, and even getting feedback. The interviewers were professional and respectful. I got to ask questions about the job, the company, and stuff. They were super transparent about the timeline and what to expect. It felt welcoming, they called me by name and seemed genuinely interested in me. The offer and onboarding were also great. Dudek really made a positive impression.

I applied online and HR got back to me the next day to set up an initial chat. It was pretty basic, they just wanted to know my salary expectations. After that, they passed my info along to the hiring manager, who reached out the following week for an interview. The main focus was on my previous experience with biological surveys. Make sure to have some questions ready for them! The hiring manager finished their questions in about 30 minutes, and the rest of the hour was for my questions and getting to know each other. I got an offer a few days after.
