Dough Maker
I had a brief Skype chat with the manager. It was pretty chill and not too formal. They asked me why I wanted to join them and why I picked that particular place. It seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for who I am. It was only about five minutes long.
- What makes you want to work here?
- Tell me your reasons for choosing this location.
Donut Maker
It was a pretty standard interview for a food service job. They asked about my past experience, if I could work the really early morning shift, and what my availability was like. Since everyone in the store can be seen by customers, they need someone who's friendly and can be good with people.
- Can you start work at 5 AM?
Front & Back of House
It was a really easy process since it was for part-time work while I was in high school. They just asked me a few basic questions about my previous jobs and skills, and then hired me right then and there.
- How well do you work with others?
Cashier
I applied online and got a call the next morning for an interview the same day. The interview was straightforward and not at all what I expected. The manager was friendly and laid-back, and seemed happy.
- What are you best at?
