Behavioral Presentation

The interview process for Dublin was very simple for the 2020-2021 school year since they did not have the HR screening process. I interviewed with this district twice and did not receive an offer either time, but the people I interviewed with were very kind and provided some feedback which I appreciated. They are looking for experience and the best-of-the-best teachers. In both interviews, I interviewed with about 4 or 5 people: the principal, vice principal and a team of teachers. Be confident and research!

I had 3 interviews, and one person basically offered me the job. After waiting for 2 weeks, I found out they hired someone internally. The nepotism is really apparent in this school district.
