Intervention Specialist
The interview process for a full time job is rigorous and they will usually not hire anyone with less than 5-10yrs experience. But they will hire a warm body as soon as there is an opening in August or mid year
- Can you explain different behavioral intervention programs and when to use them in a scenario?
Elementary Teacher
The interview process for Dublin was very simple for the 2020-2021 school year since they did not have the HR screening process. I interviewed with this district twice and did not receive an offer either time, but the people I interviewed with were very kind and provided some feedback which I appreciated. They are looking for experience and the best-of-the-best teachers. In both interviews, I interviewed with about 4 or 5 people: the principal, vice principal and a team of teachers. Be confident and research!
- Can you describe what a typical Math block would entail in your classroom?
- How would you go about planning for a Math block?
Teacher
I had 3 interviews, and one person basically offered me the job. After waiting for 2 weeks, I found out they hired someone internally. The nepotism is really apparent in this school district.
- Can you describe your teaching philosophy?
Support Staff
it was a nice experience, and the questions were challenging so come prepared. Listen to the questions carefully and take your time to answer. It was overall, it was a nice experience and I would've took the job if I was offered.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your motivation for applying?
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
