The process was straightforward but took a while. It had 5 stages, with 2 rounds with the hiring manager. There was a background check with a weird test. The hiring manager was good. I'd suggest it.

I had a very thorough interview with some highly qualified executives from the company. The vibe was super nice. The questions they asked were specific and clear. They encouraged creativity, and I felt like the questions really helped with that.

The interview call was really short, felt like the interviewer wasn't that into it and we barely had a conversation. Then the power went out, and I never heard back from them. Definitely not going to work with this recruiter again.

I found the opening on the website and submitted my application. Within a few days, the HR manager reached out. They asked me to complete a skills assessment and also submit my full CV. About two weeks later, I had an initial interview with the HR manager, which lasted an hour. They then decided to move my profile forward. Three weeks after that, I was invited for a two-hour panel interview focused on specific skills. The interview involved many questions about problem-solving and leadership. However, they decided not to proceed with my application as the role was in a significantly different area of work.
