First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DT Global.
Program Support
I got on the DT Global careers page and applied. First, there was an HR screening. Then, the main part was a panel interview. I talked with the program manager and some regional technical people. We talked about coordinating stakeholders, looking at policies, and how to monitor and evaluate stuff. They also gave me a small written task to do – a one-page policy brief with some recommendations. It was all pretty organized and professional. After that, they did reference and safeguarding checks before giving me the final offer.
- How would you work with ASEAN and national groups to get a policy brief done quickly and what metrics would you use to see if it worked?
Senior Project Officer
The interview process went smoothly. There were four panels, with three members from the technical team and one from HR. It was all done professionally and efficiently. Each panel asked one question, and at the end of the session, we were given the opportunity to ask questions to the panel.
- Describe a crisis you encountered in a previous role and how you handled it.
Manager
Had a 1 hour first round interview with the recruiter. I was expecting a 30 minute screening call initially, but it turned out to be longer. The interviewer knew a lot about the company, but not really about the specific job, so they couldn't answer a lot of my questions.
- How did you get stakeholders to buy into tough or new projects?
Program Assistant
I was referred to DT by a former colleague. DT had an opening listed on Indeed, so I applied. I was called in for an interview but haven't heard back since, not even after following up via email. I'm starting to think this interview was more of a favor between managers than a real job interview. While I've heard good things about DT, their hiring process communication is disappointing. The HR team should really improve their strategy.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
