- What specific duties did you perform in your previous roles?
- What certifications do you hold?
Phone Interviewer
You can apply online or in person. After applying, you'll be called for a testing date. You'll take a typing speed and spelling/grammar test. If you pass that, you'll read from a script like you're about to interview someone. If you pass that, you'll go through a background check. If everything goes smoothly, you'll be contacted via email or phone to schedule your 2-day training, and then they'll put you on the work floor.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Do you have any prior criminal history?
Interviewer
After submitting my application online, I was called in for an interview. It involved a quick skills assessment on the computer, testing basic things like WPM and spelling. It was really easy. I only had to come in once, and they offered me the job right after the interview and skills assessment. Super straightforward.
- What makes you want to join this company?
- Do you have good people skills?
Analyst
Before coming in, I had to do some online written tests, covering English, math, and logic. The interview itself was moderately challenging. It covered standard questions about my potential contributions, my strong and weak points, and what I hoped to gain from the role. They also asked about my past work history as listed on my resume.
- What kind of tree do you identify with, and what's the reason behind that choice?
