First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dsme.
Procurement Specialist
I had one interview at the company's corporate offices. It was with an HR person and a senior manager. They asked really basic questions. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they were super nice and understanding as we talked.
- Could you tell me about your previous job responsibilities?
Attorney
I had a group interview with about 4-5 people from the company, some in legal and some not. They asked a bunch of standard, soft-pitch questions about why I wanted to join, why I was a good fit, etc. The only tricky parts were being asked to introduce myself in Korean and a few questions about the difference between the UN CSIG and the US's UCC Article 2, especially from the viewpoint of a western lawyer. It was pretty straightforward overall, but unfortunately, they couldn't match my current salary.
- What motivates you to want to work here?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Could you please introduce yourself in Korean?
Document Controller
It was role based and pretty straightforward. Had 2 interviews in total. First one was with HR and the second one was with the hiring manager. It was a typical interview where they walked through my resume, asked some behavioral questions and some technical questions. I also got to ask questions at the end.
- Can you give an example of how you demonstrate attention to detail?
Corporate Trainer
It was an easy interview process. First, I had a phone call, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. They asked about my qualifications and then hired me, giving me a relocation package to move to Korea. They don't do that relocation package anymore.
- What made you decide to apply for this role?
