Solutions Consultant
Applied online, then a recruiter reached out by email to set up the first call. Had a video HR screen, then a hiring manager interview, then a peer interview, and then with a sales leader. This was the last stage I made it to, but they said there was at least one more stage (panel presentation). I had a negative experience. The recruiter is very slow to respond. The process has already taken 2 months and it's not even complete yet. There are long times in between interviews to hear a response. I ping the recruiter and don't hear back for days. There has been an additional step added in that was different from expectation set in the first interview. It seems a bit chaotic.

Research Advisor
The initial interviews were good, and feedback was quick. I waited about 4 weeks after the second interview to hear back, and they told me they were considering me for a more senior role that they thought fit my experience. After the third interview, they said I'd get a job description and info before the final round. But then I got a generic rejection email from HR. I asked for feedback but got ghosted by the team, which made me feel like maybe they aren't as committed to transparency and professionalism as they say.

Account Executive
It was a really thorough and tough interview process that gave me a great sense of dscout, the sales team, and the leadership. I had a phone screen, then an onsite with the hiring manager, followed by a second onsite with four peers. The final onsite was a quick chat with leadership and a sales presentation. The whole thing took about 5 weeks from the first call to getting the offer, and I started not long after. I really liked that the recruiter would fill me in after each onsite before I left. It was good to ask about logistics and get a read on how they felt about me. Nothing surprising, it was all pretty direct. LaSalle Network helped me prepare and get through it.

Software Engineering Manager
The interview process took over 3 weeks to complete. It began with a 30-minute recruiter screen. This was followed by a 1-hour conversation with the VP of engineering, which took more than a week to schedule. A week after that, there was a 1-hour session with a software engineering manager who didn't attend the interview. Then, there was a 1 hour and 15 minute session with a lead engineer. The next day involved a 1-hour session with a product manager and a product director, another 1-hour session with an engineering director, and a final 1-hour session with the same VP from earlier. The total interview time was almost 8 hours, and many of the same questions were asked in almost every session. It felt like a waste of time, and the job requirements changed from the original posting. Be cautious with this company because they are unresponsive, disorganized, and prolong their interview processes.
