First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DRW.
Systems Engineer
First there was a take home assignment that was pretty complex, then 2 online interviews mainly focused on basic technical questions and checking my general suitability for the role. The final step was an on-site interview with 2 people from the team I'd be joining and 2 people from other teams.
- Could you list the operating systems you have experience with?
Systems Administrator
Started with HR to go over the job description and confirm my availability. Then I had an onsite interview with the team manager, followed by a tour of the company. A week later, I had another onsite interview with the team members. They asked mostly the same questions as before, but went into more detail.
- How would you approach reducing network latency?
Systems Engineer
I applied online and the process was smooth until the final stage. I felt I did well in all stages, but unfortunately, no offer was made without clear reasons. The whole process took 3 weeks. The people I interacted with were friendly.
- Can you describe your previous role and the challenges you faced in it?
