I went through 3 rounds of zoom interviews. The first was with a quantitative researcher who asked about my resume and some basic stats and linear regression. Then, I had a round with a PM where I was asked several math questions. Finally, the hiring manager and I discussed option pricing.

It started with an online assessment focused on math, then a non-technical chat with HR. After that, there were regular technical interviews. The interviewers were approachable and kept things relaxed. The questions asked were pretty standard, not requiring any niche knowledge or advanced techniques.

So first there was a CV screening, then I had to do 6 Online Assessment problems. After that, I had a live interview which went on for a bit over an hour. They mainly asked questions about my CV and why I wanted to be a Quantitative Researcher instead of staying in academia. Then, there were 4 problems, kind of like the ones in the green book, and a simple market making game. I managed to answer three of them, and the interviewer was super helpful, telling me if I got them right or not. Got rejected a couple of days later.
