So first, we had to drop our resumes, then there was a coding online assessment. After that, an HR Zoom screening call. The first proper round was a 45-minute behavioral interview. Finally, the Super Day, which was in-person at the office over 2 days. The Super Day included a group case study, dinner, and more behavioral interviews.

The interview process started with a 1-hour coding test, followed by an HR screening. Then there was a 45-minute first-round behavioral interview. After that, I was supposed to have a super day with a case study and back-to-back interviews the following Wednesday, but I got ghosted after the first round. The HR scheduling and communication weren't very professional. Still, it seems like a great program.

The interview process included a Team Lead interview, followed by a take-home task. After that, there were THREE more interviews with different senior people and heads of departments. Finally, there was another short interview with HR. It was a long process with repeated questions and unprepared interviewers. I think they should figure out how to reject candidates earlier to save everyone time.
