Technical Support Engineer
It started with a general first round about my resume and past work experience, basically checking my domain knowledge. The second round was the main technical round with scenario-based questions on backup and basic troubleshooting, plus more questions about my previous work. They also asked about Virtualization, performance monitoring, AD, SCCM, deployment, networking, DNS, Mac OS, and Linux. The third round was with HR, asking why I wanted to leave my last job and what motivates me, plus a compensation discussion. The fourth round was with the manager to get a clearer picture of the process and the work expected.

the interview process was smooth and there were 4 rounds . 2 Technical and 2 management round. it is more than a month since the interview and there is no update on the offer or rejection. HR is still saying that they are still waiting for feedback from interviewer

Technical Support Engineer
