I applied for the position online and got a call 2 days later to schedule the interview. When I got there, I was led to a boardroom where I was interviewed by two people: a senior management staff member and the dean. They asked me some basic behavioral questions. The reception staff were really friendly. The senior management staff greeted me with a handshake, but the dean seemed out of it, maybe sleepy after lunch. Throughout the interview, the senior management staff was more professional and listened to my responses, while the dean seemed disengaged. The dean came across as unprofessional, and I'm not sure if that was intentional to make me uncomfortable.

The interview process went for over 3 hours. I spoke with the Marketing head, the Art Director, a Senior Designer, and then there was a sit-down interview with all the Marketing team members. It was quite a lengthy process.
