Really annoying recruiting process. First, I filled out an online application which had some wacky questions, like asking what song I'd sing for the agency. Then, I got an automated email saying they were interested. Instead of setting up a call, the email had a link to another form with more quirky questions (like 'what's the craziest thing you've done?') and illegal questions ('what was your salary before?'). If they don't even bother to talk to a candidate live after they've already done the work of applying, it's a clear sign it's not a place I'd want to be.
