What was strange about the interview process is receiving all the pre employment information in the mail instead of in person. This process seemed distant. What would have been better is giving information in pieces over a week of time to acclimate a new hire to the company and role.

They asked some firm questions about my ethics and lifestyle. It's a great company, and since it's a driving position, they are understandably strict, which is good. The interviewer was very soft-spoken and professional. I'm looking forward to hearing back from them soon.

I interviewed with the Controller and HR. It was a pretty relaxed and comfortable chat. The HR Director led most of the questioning, and she talked about the company structure and how the businesses are set up. The whole thing took about an hour.
