First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Drugscan.
Laboratory Intern
It was really exciting to meet everyone! The team was super open and welcoming. The interview process was pretty straightforward and involved a few different types of interviews. They were really good at communicating and being flexible. I couldn't make it in person for the first interview, but they were able to work around my schedule.
- What laboratory experience do you have?
Clinical Laboratory Scientist
I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one with lab team members. They mentioned I was being considered for both temp and full-time roles. The interview itself was standard, including a lab tour with HR before the interview. It was an average experience, but I was only offered a temp position without a clear path to full-time, so I declined.
- Can you tell me about your past experience working in a lab setting?
Scientist
The interview went really well. Three people interviewed me and asked about my experience and what I could bring to the company. It lasted about an hour and a half. We also toured the facilities and they described the day-to-day duties. However, the interview process really misrepresented the company regarding capabilities and advancement opportunities.
- Can you tell me about your scientific experience?
Sales Representative
A recruiter who worked for Drugscan got in touch with me. She first had a phone interview with me to screen me for the district manager. The next step was a phone interview with the district manager. Next I was set up for an on-line Skype interview with the sales manager. After the Skype interview I went to PA for a face to face interview.
- Tell me about your sales results.
