First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Drucker + Falk.
Property Manager
I sent my resume, and the property manager got in touch. We set up a time for me to come in for an interview. It was pretty standard stuff. Then, they had me come back a week later to meet with the regional manager and marketing director. It was just a quick meet and greet so they could get a feel for me and give their approval. The whole thing was pretty straightforward.
- Can you tell me about your customer service background?
- What sales experience do you have?
- How would you deal with a customer who is upset or not making sense?
Leasing Consultant
The interview process went smoothly and my interviewers were kind. They answered all my questions about the job and ensured I would be a good fit for the position. I was never confused throughout the process due to the instruction I recieved.
- Do you have good attention to detail?

You have one initial interview. Then your second interview is with upper level management. Once you interview with management, they are the ones that make the decision on hiring you or not. They will discuss the pay and benefits as well.

The process was easy to follow. They showed me around and asked if I had any questions. It's a great company and they made me feel very welcomed and not pressured. I liked how they didn't make me feel uncomfortable.
