We started with a casual phone chat with the relationship director. Then there were individual video calls with the office manager, a physician assistant, the relationship director again, and the CEO. About a week after the last interview, we got a letter of intent.

It was a terrible interview process. They started with an 'Orientation Interview' where they tried to sell the company to a large group of about 45 applicants. I felt like I was back in high school. They talked about patients and procedures with graphic details in an attempt to be funny, which was very unprofessional.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • They showed a PowerPoint with pictures of company parties, emphasizing how fun and friendly the workplace is.
  • They gave a brief slide on benefits, leaving out important details.
  • There was a strong emphasis on being on time, with a warning about being fired if tardy.

I submitted my application online and then got a phone call for a brief interview. After that, I had an interview at a restaurant with two interviewers. They asked me some basic questions. The whole thing took about 20-30 minutes and wasn't too difficult. The interviewers were really nice.
