This interview process moved at a glacial pace, and the HR communication was quite poor. While the interviewer themselves was pleasant, the overall management and coordination of the interviews were really disappointing. The workplace environment and how they treated candidates was great though. It's a great company culture, but their interview organization and management really needs work.

It was an easy process, but the waiting period can be over a year, so be ready for that. They have good hospitality on the interview day. Expect some aptitude questions during the HR round.

I applied through a recruiter and the whole process took about a week. There were 5 rounds in total. First, a phone call with some general questions and basics about cloud and Oracle Fusion. The next day, I had to go to the office for technical interviews, which had 2 rounds. The first round covered SQL and basic JAVA, which I found easy. The second technical round had more technical questions and puzzles, and I had to present my final year project. After clearing both, I was asked back 2 days later for an aptitude test and an HR round. The aptitude test was online and straightforward. Then I had the HR round. I got the offer and accepted.

The interview process was professional and friendly, which felt great. I learned about the company's future outlook, which seems positive and confident regarding their project pipeline and planned headcount increase.
