I came in having prepared thoroughly for the interview. I was interviewed by a woman named Kay, she seemed very nice. From what I could gather, most of the roles within the company take place in a dysfunctional environment. For some people this might be a huge turnoff.

It was a really informative and thorough process, all about seeing if I can create and provide an unmatched customer experience that's built on being transparent and reliable. They talked about the sales process, what they value as a company, how the pay works, chances to grow and develop, benefits, and what's expected performance-wise.

It started with a phone call, then I had to do a Traigo test. They let me know how I did on the test later. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the people I'd be working for directly. The last step was a casual group lunch where I met some of my potential peers.

It was a pretty relaxed interview process. They made me feel really welcome, like I was already part of the team. I had an interview with a few managers, and then they gave me a Trego test to see my personality traits.
