Driving Examiner
Submitted an online application, then took some tests, then if I passed, did a pre-recorded interview all online. If I did well on that, I had an in-person driving assessment with a manager at the location. The pass rate for this is pretty good. I got feedback when I asked the recruiting manager.
- Tell me about a situation where you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
Telephone Advisor
The whole thing took about 3 hours. It started with a security check, then waiting with other people applying, then an interview, and a phone test, and an ID check. They mentioned at the beginning that they were interviewing about 800 people for 100 spots. Then at the end, they said there weren't actually any jobs open right now and the 100 people chosen would be on a waiting list for any future openings.
- Could you describe what constitutes excellent customer service?
