It was a panel interview with 3 people, and it lasted about 30 minutes. Two of the panel members seemed reluctant to interview me because I was a temp at the time, even though my supervisor wanted me to be hired.

The hiring process is very lengthy. I attended several interviews. The first interview was over the phone then quickly followed by an in-person with the recruiter. I then met mainly in panels with 2-5 people meeting with me at once.

I had 3 interviews in total for this role. The final interview was pretty lengthy, lasting 2 hours which felt excessive. During this last stage, I was interviewed by four managers who all asked quite similar questions. It might be more efficient if they could shorten that final interview.
