Applied on LinkedIn and then had an impersonal, general phone interview during Covid. It felt like the interviewer was just going through the motions, which was disappointing. It was helpful though to learn about the firm and their Covid policies.

It was a standard summer internship interview. I had callbacks after the on-campus screener interview. I interviewed with two really nice people at the screener. We went over my resume and talked about my future goals.

We interview people at job fairs and do on-campus interviews. Then, we invite a select group of candidates we like for a callback interview and a social hour. This callback is based on personality and behavior because we want to see if you can get along with everyone.

So, a recruiter from the IT team called me out of the blue during work hours. It was super rushed and I couldn't even catch his name, I had to look him up on LinkedIn. We had this casual, unscripted phone chat. I guess it went well because he mentioned sending over a technical test. It's been over two weeks and I haven't gotten it. I tried calling back to follow up, but it just went to voicemail and no one called me back.
