The interview process had three parts. It started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and ended with a client group interview. All the leaders were really patient and took the time to explain the business and what they expect from the role.

The hiring manager was upfront about the specific needs of the job and the possible drawbacks. Even though the role wasn't right for me, I appreciated the professionalism, which is rare these days.

The interview process was pretty standard. They invited me from out of state and covered airfare and car/hotel expenses. However, it's been over a month since I submitted my reimbursement request and I still haven't gotten paid back. It seems like their accounting department waits until the end of the next month to pay bills and reimbursements, which doesn't feel great for employee relations. The interview itself went okay, but I'm giving the overall experience a negative rating because of the hassle with getting reimbursed for my travel.
