I went through 4 interviews. I talked to the owner, some team members, HR, and a VP. They asked me about my past work experience and what experience I have with the services they offer. The last chat was just a quick check-in to see if I had any questions for them.

The interview process at Dreamscape Marketing was not a good one. I had a decent phone chat, then they asked me to do an SEO audit. I did a really thorough audit, but didn't get paid for it. Then, someone internal gave me feedback on my audit that actually went against standard SEO best practices, which was kind of awkward, confusing, and frustrating.

The interview process was pretty long, but it was a really nice experience. I had a phone interview that was super informative, and then in my in-person interview, I got to chat with some of the team leaders and other folks on the team.

Had a great initial call with two people who were very on point. We talked about the different departments I'd be working with and then discussed what would be needed to build the team.
