First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dreamscape Immersive.
CEO
It was a 3-stage process. The first was a phone interview: very pleasant and quite informal - I passed. Second was with a board member and the founder, which went very well. They put you at ease, open discussion, pleasant and very interesting. Final round with a subordinate and the CEO. I found it strange and very unfortunate to have a middle manager who "judges" without much experience. If she's facing a leader who will take over, it can be counterproductive depending on the subordinate's profile. In the end, another CEO was chosen because of an extra line on the CV. Too bad, it's a great company I would have loved to develop!
- How will you develop sales?
Guest Experience Team Member
The interview process so far has been pleasant. They are located in Dallas, tx, and I have an interview tomorrow. The phone interview was quick and I'm excited to meet the team. I am wondering what the pay is, and since I am a VR enthusiast, this would be nice to have on my resume.
- What are the compensation details?
- Can you describe your enthusiasm for virtual reality?
Manager
I went for the job. After waiting for half an hour, they interviewed me, gave me an offer and had me fill out paperwork, then decided not to open the position. When I arrived for my first day, nobody was there.
- What's the reason you left your previous employment?
