I applied online, and they reached out quickly to schedule an interview. I met with the head of the department and their superior. We covered general questions about me and my experience, then dove into specifics about software and design principles. They also wanted to review some of my portfolio pieces.

The receptionist was nice. The first interview went well and I thought I'd get an offer or a second interview. I got invited to the second interview where I was asked standard questions. They mentioned they have other roles open and that I might be a good fit for one of those. Then, the interviewer asked several illegal and personal questions that made me uncomfortable and were irrelevant to the job. At the end of the second interview, the interviewer said I'd get a call by the end of the day with an offer, and that it went extremely well. The next day, I got an email saying they couldn't offer me the position due to my experience level.

I read reviews but decided to go ahead with it anyway. The post-interview part was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. One of the managers was kinda in and out during the interview, which made me feel unimportant. The whole experience was just not what I expected at all. After the interview, there was zero follow-through or follow-up. I felt embarrassed for the people involved in the hiring process.

They were really prompt and upfront about everything during the whole process. They let me know well what my job would be and gave me a feel for their culture.
