First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dream Big Children's Center.
Behavior Consultant
There were about 3 interviews in total. It was a big nerve-wracking as it was online, but the interviewers were very professional and gracious. I felt respected and learned quite a bit from the experience.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Behavior Consultant
It was a 3 step interview process that took about a week. They asked questions about my past experience and compassionate care. They also asked about challenging scenarios and how I would respond to them. They sent updates via email and phone call.
- What would you do in hypothetical situations?
- Describe how you would respond to challenging scenarios.
ABA Therapist
The interview was a group session, which felt uncomfortable with four other strangers listening to everyone answer the same questions. It wasn't a great use of time. It would have been better if the group was asked to collaborate on answering questions. The interviewers seemed annoyed with some candidates and even stopped typing their answers.
- Could you tell me what you know about the field of ABA?
Behavior Therapist
The process was organized, quick and overall, a pleasant experience. I enjoyed learning about the agency and the type of service they provide. The interview was over Zoom and I received a follow up email shortly after the interview with an offer.
- Can you share your experience with ABA?
