Following the initial phone chat with HR, I was invited in to meet with several senior staff members from different departments. This gave me a chance to understand the company from multiple viewpoints. Each person asked unique questions, really getting to know me on both a professional and personal level. The interviews were about 30 minutes each. After that, HR reached out with a few more technical questions.

I met with two people from the company. They told me I'd meet another person for another interview. But there was no follow-up. Later I found out the HR person wasn't there anymore. Then I heard they were restructuring. I never had that second interview, even though a higher-up said I would.

I had a great experience with the recruiter who then connected me with the senior sales executive. The interview was pleasant and uplifting. The interviewer, Giovanna, and her colleague were amazing. I think this will be a fantastic place to work and grow my career in customer care. Note: this role isn't just about closing deals; it requires dedicated white-glove customer service at all times.
