Customer Service Representative
The interview experience was great from beginning to end. The interviewer was really friendly and energetic. They made me feel enthusiastic about the company and the potential career path if I got the job.
- Could you share some simple and easy questions that felt welcoming?
Associate Counsel
Following the initial phone chat with HR, I was invited in to meet with several senior staff members from different departments. This gave me a chance to understand the company from multiple viewpoints. Each person asked unique questions, really getting to know me on both a professional and personal level. The interviews were about 30 minutes each. After that, HR reached out with a few more technical questions.
- Tell me about your specific experience related to this job.
- Provide examples of real-life scenarios that show your experience.
- What are your goals and ambitions?
Case Manager
I met with two people from the company. They told me I'd meet another person for another interview. But there was no follow-up. Later I found out the HR person wasn't there anymore. Then I heard they were restructuring. I never had that second interview, even though a higher-up said I would.
- What can you contribute to the role?
Account Executive
I had a great experience with the recruiter who then connected me with the senior sales executive. The interview was pleasant and uplifting. The interviewer, Giovanna, and her colleague were amazing. I think this will be a fantastic place to work and grow my career in customer care. Note: this role isn't just about closing deals; it requires dedicated white-glove customer service at all times.
- What's your motivation for a career change?
