First, they looked at my resume. Then, a recruiter gave me a quick call. After that, there was a technical round where they mainly asked guesstimates and about MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint, plus a presentation. This was followed by a managerial round, also heavy on guesstimates and problem-solving approaches. Finally, there was an HR discussion.

The interview process included 5 rounds: first, an initial HR connect. Then, a Technical Round where they asked Consulting and Guesstimate questions and did a Skills based assessment. Finally, there was an HR conversation after shortlisting from the 4th round.
