Consultant
The interview process was quick and well-defined, with clear expectations for the role. The HR team was very communicative throughout the entire process. All three rounds were beneficial, and I learned more after each one.

Senior Consultant
It was 3 technical rounds, plus a 1 hr round. The technical rounds involved a case study where we were given a problem and had to present our approach. They also asked about analytical skills and past experience.

I applied through LinkedIn from one of their posts and they got back quickly in a few days. The process was smooth and friendly. Initially, HR called me and set me up for an initial screening. After clearing that, they scheduled two more interviews in the next two days. All were telephonic and one-on-one. The first initial screening had general questions about my profile and background. The second interview, after basic questions, included a detailed discussion on puzzles, skills, my fit, and the role. The third was with the HR director. All interviews started exactly on time, with no delays. It was exciting and surprising to see their dedication and timekeeping skills. Everyone was friendly. I had to reject the offer due to salary budget constraints, though they tried their best and promised faster growth. They really value your time and talent. I spoke to a few employees on LinkedIn, and thankfully, everyone had positive things to say about the firm. The interviewers and peers were honest about setting expectations, and everyone was on the same page regarding the company's culture. If you get a chance to work there and the salary meets your expectations, don't miss it. All the best team!
