First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Draper Aden Associates.
Systems Administrator
Had an HR interview first, then interviewed with the hiring manager, and the last interview was with a panel of the IT team. The whole process was done virtually, and I didn't have to go on-site for any part of it.
- Can you describe how you've handled situations in past work experiences?
- Tell us about any IT you've used outside of work, in your personal life.
Agent
The interview was quick and easy. The job was explained thoroughly and they answered all my questions. The interviewer was friendly and we were able to connect well. Nothing more to say about the interview but glassdoor wants me to write a minimum of thirty words.
- Tell me about a struggle you overcame in your previous role.
Staff Technician
Video interview where we talked about my background and the role's responsibilities. They also discussed company benefits and daily tasks, making sure to set clear expectations and explain their ideal employee traits.
- Are you willing to travel for this position?
Project Engineer
I was flown in for this interview. Once I got to the office, there was a meet and greet with different departments that the person in this role would be working with. Because it's a transportation engineering role, it involves a lot of collaboration because of data needs. I also got a company review and we talked through projects that are ongoing and ones that have been done before.
- Could you explain how you would model traffic within an urban setting, considering traffic and access management?
- What is your approach to traffic and access management in urban environments, and how would you model the traffic flow?
