First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Draken International.
Communications Head
It was pretty informal but deep interviews with the bosses after a few phone calls to see if I was a good fit. The in-person meeting was as much for me to find out about Draken's plans and direction as it was for them to check me out, which is how it should be. They really cared about character and integrity to make sure I was right for them.
- Regarding my area of expertise, how would you implement that within the business?
Aircraft Mechanic
they sent me a letter of interest and I replied with my availability times for interviewing. You interview with various people of management and they ask you questions. Then if they like you you will get an offer letter and you're hired.
- What is my background?
Mechanic
The process was pretty straightforward. After applying, they'll get in touch to set up an interview. They'll let you know if it's a yes or no within two weeks, and then you can start working. They offer on-the-job training.
- So, they give you a call back for a yes or no within two weeks.
- You start working after that, with on-the-job training.
Recruitment Consultant
Basically you interview as a candidate and if you're great they move forward with you either with a company and if there's an opening, they may offer an internal position. First step is: Contact a recruiter. From there, they pretty much walk you through the entire process.
- Tell me about your experience with conflict resolution.
- Tell me about your time management abilities.
