I had a quick phone chat with my supervisor, where we went over my resume. We talked about why I was interested in the job and why I thought I was a good fit. It was pretty conversational, with both of us asking questions. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview. They showed me around the place, asked a few more questions, and I also met with a department head who asked more HR-type questions.

They were eager to tell me about their program when I asked questions and followed up with me after the interview, unlike some places I interviewed. Administrative Assistant
The interview was very friendly, and they helped me understand what they were looking for. It was great to talk to and converse with them. It didn't feel like an interview, more like a conversation. I really enjoyed getting to know the interviewers on a professional basis.
