Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really straightforward. The company was mostly staffed by recent college graduates who had started a business as a project. This inexperience was evident throughout the interviews. The first interview was very casual, mostly just asking about my background. The second interview was a panel with two people: one who seemed knowledgeable about logistics, and another who was overly focused on data and seemed to have lost sight of the main goal, which was logistics. This person asked more about data from my past roles than my actual achievements. The third interview was with the CFO, which is unusual, and another graduate who was more data-oriented than logistics-focused. I understand it's a tech company, but the technology wasn't particularly impressive. The questions in this round were mainly about salary negotiations. I suggested they make an offer, and I'd decide based on their budget. Their final approach seemed profit-driven, asking about previous salaries to potentially offer a lower amount.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I went through 4 interviews and a 3-hour business case, and everything seemed fine, but then they ghosted me. I asked for feedback and got none, which felt really disrespectful. I thought I was a good fit and that they wouldn't have moved forward if I wasn't. I invested a lot of time, so I expected at least some minimal feedback. I don't recommend interviewing with Draiver.

The process started off well: I went through HR, then the hiring manager, and then a related manager. The next steps would have been an interview with the national operations manager. However, after the last interview, they just stopped responding, not even an email back. Even the automatic messages from job portals are usually more human.
